We offer International Shipping to Canada only at this time. Depending on your location & purchase, your rates may vary. Shipping on 1 Short Sleeve T Shirt is typically $18.00 USD for International Shipping.

International first class and priority mail usually takes 1-2 business days to process after payment clears and a minimum 15 - 30 (3 - 6 weeks) business days for arrival. There is no detailed tracking for most first class International mail. Please allow additional delivery time for customs safety inspections, time varies per country. In addition, some countries do have high risk of long shipping delays due to international customs procedures.

 International Customs Fees + Taxes:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

Free shipping for orders over $99 (after discounts and before taxes) applies to domestic shipments only when the total of the order less any discount applied is equal to or greater than $99.

Riot Society ships and processes orders Monday through Friday. 

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will resume processing and shipping the following Monday. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours from the time the order was placed (regardless of shipping method). 

Saturday and Sunday are excluded from order processing and shipping due to the company being closed. Orders placed on observed holidays will resume processing and ship the following regular business day.

Why am I getting an email/call/text message from NoFraud to confirm a transaction?

You received an email from NoFraud because your transaction had an irregular shopping characteristics and/or elevated risk. NoFraud wants to confirm the transaction was made by the authorized cardholder.

After I confirm the transaction, do I need to do anything else?

After you confirm the transaction there is nothing else you need to do unless you have been asked by a fraud analyst to provide additional information.

Will NoFraud ever ask me for my personal information?

NoFraud will never ask you for your full credit card number, social security number or any other personal information.

Will my order be delayed?

In most cases, as soon as your response is received, your order will be released for processing.

I did not make the transaction and neither did anyone that has access to my credit card/payment account. What do I do now?

After confirming that the transaction was truly unauthorized, we recommend that you contact your credit card company/payment account and inform them that your card has been compromised. Review the latest transactions on your account to ensure there is no other fraudulent activity to report. Your financial institution will likely put a hold on all future purchases from the compromised card/account and issue a new one for future use.
