RETURN POLICY:

Riot Society gladly accepts the return of merchandise in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached) or defective merchandise.

Refunds for merchandise returned within 30 days and accompanied by the original receipt will be credited in the same form as the original payment method.  If you no longer have your receipt, we will exchange merchandise or issue a merchandise credit based on the current selling price of the returned merchandise.

Apparel and discounted items ending in $0.95 are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. 

Gift cards may not be returned or redeemed for cash, except where required by law.  Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

EXCHANGES:

For the best service and selection, please order your replacement items online. We are unable to process exchanges online. 

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:

Riot Society gladly accepts the return of merchandise in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached) or defective merchandise, purchased between November 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017 until January 31, 2018. Refunds for merchandise returned within the eligible time period and accompanied by the original receipt will be credited in the same form as the original payment method. If you no longer have your receipt, we will exchange merchandise or issue a merchandise credit based on the current selling price of the returned merchandise on Riot Society.

ONLINE RETURNS

RETURNING BY MAIL (U.S):

Any US online purchases made at Riot Society can be returned and shipped back to our warehouse within 30 days of purchase for a refund/credit.

If you do not use our pre-paid return label, please follow the following steps:

  1. Pack and seal box securely in original box if possible. If you do not have the original packaging, use an unmarked box or packing box to ship your return.
  2. Be sure to include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation in the return package.
  3. Mail your return package to the address below:

Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. If you have any questions, please contact our customer support team. (support team support@riotsociety.com)

RETURNING INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

Please contact us at support@riotsociety.com and we will provide you with an international return label and instructions. All international refunds will be credited to you in the same currency and exchange rate as your original order.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. Subject to the following restrictions. Riot Society will issue a refund in the form and amount tendered for any unwashed, unworn, unused, or defective merchandise within 2 days after purchase for an exchange or refund.

Do you accept returns for all items?

We will do our best to accommodate our customers, but items such as promotional (product without a dollar / currency amount associate) will not be returned or exchanged.

Private Sale Event and all items ending in $.95 are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Is there a restocking fee?
